How it works

The Best of the Marianas is a people’s choice award that highlights the islands’ best of the best in multiple categories ranging from Best Bar to Best Wedding Venue and virtually everything in between. Local residents and visitors can vote for their favorite businesses, activities, and places in the Marianas.

This program aims to not only provide a shared list of everything best of the islands, but also to encourage healthy competition between different businesses and present them various opportunities to boost or uplift themselves. Ultimately, Marianas Variety hopes this program can further promote our islands’ beauty to our visitors.

Winners of the Best of the Marianas are determined by the most number of votes and will be awarded as the Gold, Silver, or Bronze winners. Winners will receive a commemorative plaque and venue signage to proudly display their people’s choice award.

Phase 1: Nominations

Help your favorites get on the ballot! Choose a category and submit nominations.

Phase 2: Voting

The top nominees from each category advance to the official ballot for voting.

Phase 3: Results

All votes are tallied and reviewed. The winners in each category are announced after final review.
